The structure of the apprenticeship relies heavily on the line manager, regular restructures caused a lack of structure as management continuously changed. Needs a better overall structure/blanket structure.

Derby Uni were very helpful in giving support. Regular weekly sessions open for questions about anything.

Plenty of in work activities such as the employee development programme or help the plant schemes, not as many social or sport activities within the company.
