  • I enjoy the challenge of the programme and the process of learning new skills from senior developers

  • The technical learning is immediately applicable to the daily work on the job so my programme is well organised.

  • I get all the support I need to succeed. There are plenty of training opportunities outside of the apprenticeship including shadowing and additional learning to upskill

  • The support is there when needed

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The technical skills in the DTS programme such as coding workshops could be improved significantly especially for software engineering roles

  • Yes, there are plenty of social, volunteering, and development opportunities developed by NatWest's Apprentice Council and Early Talent team. Some of the fun socials include Escape Rooms, bowling, games, virtual events, Christmas socials etc.
