I support a wide range of initiatives across the team and to get involved in gathering data, producing pieces of analysis, inputting into business cases for new developments, support the adoption of new technology and work with the wider business to deliver change through enabling client servicing.
There are lots of events and opportunities available as part of the programme that helps you develop even more skills and also gain more exposure to the industry.
Yes
M&G has a wide range of opportunities which I think has helped me on my professional journey a lot. I don't feel restricted in the amount of exposure I can get because the wider teams I work with gives me greater insight on the industry which is benefitting me a lot.
Make sure you understand what M&G stands for and who there are as a company (e.g. their achievements, goals, values and mission statement). Also, understand how well you fit into their company as a result of your research, be prepared to explain- to show how you fit in.
