join Daily standup shadow work on some code have a weekly catch up with my Line Manager about whsat im working on
yes, i have developed new skills. i have been learning React, whuch has helped me improve my frontend development skills. through builiding different projects, ive learnt how to create dynamic user interfaced, manage state, and work with API. this has also strengthened my understanding os JAvascript and Typescript
i really enjoy it alot, meeting other apprentices and also working with senior developers shows me where i can be in a few more years. i like my team who are very supportive.
very organised, firstly there were lectures going on to help you learn the foundation of a language then after speaking with my Line Manger he will set me up with some work relating to what i have learnt which will go hand in hand.
My line manager and team are very support, all i need to do when I'm struggling with something is to ping my LM on teams and jump on a call, he's there to help.
also recieved alot of help may be longer to get a hold of them as they aren't in my internal teams chat, however if i send an email today im sure to get a response after a few hours or the next day in the morning.
My qualification has helped me perform much better in my role. through my level 4 apprenticeship, i have gained both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, the coursework has built my understanding of key concepts, while the hands on task have allowed me to apply what i've learned directly to real world situations.
yes, we have alot of networking event that take place and 3 days a year volunteering where the apprentices all get together and work on helping for example we took place in help the park environment by getting rid of any branches that could cause harm.
Yes
