I have developed my communication skills and my confidence has grown within my role. I have also developed my IT skills by learning new systems and processes. This was my first job after sixth form so i have no experience of a working environment so learning to adapt to this was a big change and i have loved my apprenticeship scheme.
i have enjoyed learning new skills and creating working relationships with colleagues it has helped me grow as a person in my role. I have enjoyed the balance of working and learning within my apprenticeship.
It could be structured more so we have a clear timescale of when everything is due as this can get a lot.
I received as much support i could from my employer in regards to the apprenticeship with having one day a week as a learning day meaning i was off work for that day and focused on my apprenticeship. This helped separating my days.
I received enough support from my training provider when working towards my qualification, i have monthly check ins with my coach and weekly webinars to keep on track of my work.
I think it has made me aware of the different regulations and this helps with dealing with customer as it can help me understand different situations.
There are apprenticeship social activities like summer parties and this is available to all apprentices to join and get involved in this.
Yes
It is a good working environment and there is always support to help you in the right direction.
I would advise take every opportunity as it comes even if unsure.
