  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed my communication skills and my confidence has grown within my role. I have also developed my IT skills by learning new systems and processes. This was my first job after sixth form so i have no experience of a working environment so learning to adapt to this was a big change and i have loved my apprenticeship scheme.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i have enjoyed learning new skills and creating working relationships with colleagues it has helped me grow as a person in my role. I have enjoyed the balance of working and learning within my apprenticeship.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It could be structured more so we have a clear timescale of when everything is due as this can get a lot.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I received as much support i could from my employer in regards to the apprenticeship with having one day a week as a learning day meaning i was off work for that day and focused on my apprenticeship. This helped separating my days.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I received enough support from my training provider when working towards my qualification, i have monthly check ins with my coach and weekly webinars to keep on track of my work.

  • I think it has made me aware of the different regulations and this helps with dealing with customer as it can help me understand different situations.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are apprenticeship social activities like summer parties and this is available to all apprentices to join and get involved in this.
