I am customer service advisor in financial crime, I help customers with any queries that they have in relation to reviews and foreign payments
I have developed lots of existing skills, teamwork, leadership, customer service.
I enjoyed it quite a lot and felt like I had quite a lot of support which was helpful
|t was very well organised, it was clear what was required and when this would be undertaken
I recieved a fair amount of support from my employer, it could have been better but I still recieved some support
I received a lot of support from the training provider, the support I received was really good and helped a lot
I think it helped me have better knowledge of the entire industry which is good and helped me advance skills I use in my day-to-day role
