I enjoy my programme as the bank provides plenty of opportunities to grow, learn and network. The programme provides enough challenge so that I am stretched and develop skills for the future.
The programme is well organised with a clear structure and key dates to keep you on track
A lot - my employer takes pride in their apprentices and seeing them excel in their career. NatWest spend a lot of time an energy investing in their apprentices and developing them with the skills needed for the future.
- meeting with coach every 6 weeks - can send emails / set up calls earlier if need be - detailed feedback with coursework
