I have a portfolio of deals (customers) where I manage the loan activity. I am the agent for all transactions involved within this therefore I liaise between both borrowers and lenders to ensure each transaction runs seamlessly

i have enjoyed completing my apprenticeship program as it has provided me with a depth of knowledge which i didnt have before i joined the bank
program is well structured as we were provided with a individual learning plan outlining all the important deadline dates / outstanding tasks and so on

overall i do feel my qualification fits in my role quite well however there were a few areas within the qualification which were difficult to link to my role
