    • a lot - I'm doing things that I never believed I would have been able to do

    • I believe there are - but I have not been active enough in joining/finding any.

    • Yes

    • Tarmac's culture is very diverse and inclusive. They are very keen on upskilling their employees (both soft and hard skills) - Tarmac have great successes from it but I also think it's a personal win for the employees.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tarmac?

    • Be an opportunist!!
