I am responsible for updating digital assets used by the bank and RMs, I help across various different campaigns and try support when I can. I handle some admin as well. Keeping on top of my workstack
Communication has developed a lot, work etiquette, note taking skills and comprehension in general. There is a lot to work and improve so just making sure I am taking in as much as I can.
I really enjoy it, it is role where I can be creative when I can but it's given me a great insight into corporate life. How businesses work and the importance of what we do. There is tons of support around me as well.
It is very well structured. Although there is a lot of admin. Whenever there is a semester I'm allowed to take a day off for study. I can even flex my hours so I am still visible to the team during team days.
A lot of support, I learnt about myself personally and mentally so my team/manager has been super supportive. Making sure I'm not overwhelmed and keeping myself on track. I'm very thankful for everything.
There is a lot of support. It's whether you want the support provided. They do sessions on exam/assignment techniques. Teachers are always willing to help, they host office hours and record everything if we do have questions. The website also has many resources
Well it's only now where I am thinking about how I can translate skills I gained and learnt during my course and how I can do that at work. Sometimes there's topics that come up that align with work which is always good
Yes, there are many, Loads of webinars, talks and fun days. I doing a charity walk with some team members in May for example, NW is very willing and open for self development, learning and well being.
