  • I enjoy the time I get to learn and practise for the exam.

  • Very well structured. Units are easy to distinguish. Information is not difficult to remember.

  • No support in terms of apprenticeship. I am always allowed to work on my own without disruption.

  • My coach is always on hand to help and the sessions are very informative and the recordings are very handy to brush up on missed information.

  • The learning and note taking for the qualification helps me when making notes and training on the job.

  • The work-life balance is far better than most roles. The work is easier to complete once fully trained.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group?
  • Ensure that your training is clear and complete. Make sure your team members know what you want to learn and need help with. They will sometimes not teach you properly if you do not speak up.
