I handle a variety of queries that customers may have which may include account openings, annual reviews, legal fees, etc. I had daily tasks that I will complete everyday such as excesses, where I will reach out to customer with overdrawn accounts ensuring they transfer funds in the account.
It has developed my communication skills as you are always communicating with different teams and customers. It has also improved my organisational skills as I must keep on top of all the work I do ensuring I meet deadlines.
I enjoy it very much, some days can be difficult as you are always learning new things but I am always able to ask for help and guidance on what next steps need to be taken.
It is well organised, there are webinars to join and learn from and then time to write up an assignment before submitting. There is always support if you are struggling with your assignment. There are quarterly catch ups to talk about the work that has been completed and what are the next steps to completing your apprenticeship.
They are always there for any questions you may have and to teach you any new things.
They are there to guide you through your assignments and provide support when you need it.
It helps provide insight into the things you learn in your role in a deeper perspective.
There are many social activities that goes on and professional networking events.
