A day to day in my job role consists of my speaking with business customers on the phone regarding there accounts, answering any queries they have may have or if they are needing any support with anything.
Yes confidence speaking with all different customers over the phone, dealing with queries and learning new skills such as different products
I enjoyed the programme such as learning and also working at the same time, getting to earn new skills and different types of information.
I would say it was well organized, as i always knew what to do and f i had any questions i could reach out to my coach who was always there to help.
Enough support such as regulars zoom sessions where we would have catch ups and also where they would help me with any queries or questions i may had.
I received a lot of training such as talking through zoom and also emails where i would get supported.
I think it wet well as having a qualification shows i am qualified and also have a better way or helping me perform better in my role.
There is different types of networking session we can take part in, such as helping the community.
Yes
I would suggest NatWest to a friend as i think its great to progress your skills an also working up and up in different types of jobs and departments.
Be confident and prepared, keep going if you feel like its not for you as it gets easier and there is always support given if you feel you are needing more training on the job.
