  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have really enjoyed my experience at Capgemini in regards to the day to day role that I am performing. I have felt the program structured around the apprenticeship was not adequate for the role we are performing. I felt that the learning program was structured around other job roles and was not designed to help me in the role I’m performing.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Capgemini?
  • I feel that I’m needed critically in the business to perform the role I am performing in the team.

    10/10

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Not at all well. The structure of the programme was intended for other roles inside of an infrastructure analyst role. No consideration in my opinion was taken for my role.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • The training provider in the first instance did not provide the adequate support required. When the assessor was suspended in the last few months of our apprenticeship I felt that only then we were given the required support.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Not very well at all. Again, compared to other apprentices in Capgemini I feel that our area has not built the structure to allow us to progress our career.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There are plenty of opportunities outside of work to attend courses and generally expand knowledge and help.

    10/10

  • 9. Would you recommend Capgemini to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Overall the job side of the apprenticeship has been brilliant but I feel I have been let down on the training side and the support required from the training provider.
