I am PM shift Supervisor in delivery station, that requires me to monitor progress of deliveries during the day, solving and reporting any issues drivers may face on the road. Ensure all reports are prepared, and station is reset before the beginning of the new sortation cycle starts.
I have learned many time management techniques and leadership styles, as well as new aspects like conflict solving or project managing that I have never lead before. I have learned a lot about myself and had reflected on my skills and improve them.
It's great, I receive a lot of support, I enjoy the learning materials as well broaden my network.
It's well structured and distributed around 8 hours a week that I have for working on apprenticeship. There materials are divided in clear section that helps with tracking progress.
My line manager helps me by allowing me to work on my apprenticeship to fulfill my learning hours as well as providing additional guidance when facing challenging tasks for assessments.
They are very supportive and allow for individual approach. In addition, we have been in constant contact and can always rely on quick answer when needed any clarification.
I have learned so much about myself that I would otherwise never noticed. Starting from leadership practices for communication I believe I have improved greatly.
Yes, we do have many activities, last week we had a social activity - organized event for families. We also take part in many challenges or events like photo competitions or sustainability activities.
