My financial knowledge has been expanded massively, I am able to not only help my customers by myself as well with everything I now know. I feel confident to lend money and introduce credit into my life, giving my future a greater chance to thrive.
I enjoy my program a lot, we have constant support. There is always someone to speak to about the job/ personal life if I was struggling and I am compensated greatly for what I do as well. The apprenticeship is very practical and always keeps me engaged.
Very well, every meeting, review, coaching session or course work is scheduled well before hand and I am given a lot of time to complete this in during work hours.
Constant support, I always feel uplifted and never feel like I should keep something to myself because It might be brushed off. My well being definitely feels like it's my employers priority.
As much as I need, If I ever needed to talk about anything or review my work they can arrange a meeting to discuss all my worries/ progress with me.
It constantly makes me reflect on my work, making sure I recognise my mistakes and grow from them. I constantly look to improve my approach to job because of this. This has created a healthy and stable work life for me.
My team arranges nights out for us to have some fun and let loose, which definitely boosts the moral and has allowed me to make many friends. We also have charity days where are team selects a charity and we arrange an event to raise money for it.
