Many, including personal skills and transferrable skills I have picked up from my role eg teamwork and communication
I enjoy my role a lot as there is more variety to the deals I document as I carry on training

A lot of support. Very well organised and managed by my manager who often asks how I am and supports me on a personal level because she wants me to thrive rather than a workplace only relationship
