managing data center, who enters, what work is completed, and completing some necessary work.
yes I have learnt to use multiple systems such as servicenow and asset management
I think that the program is pretty decent and the workload is very manageable
I think that it is laid out intuitevly and I haven't struggled to do anything

I think that it is a very excellent place to work and is very understanding and accomodating and it is far better as an employer than anywhere I have worked before.
