I am a loading shovel operator, operating heavy plant machinery, day to day duties include stock management and loading HGV’s. Daily checks and inspections of the machines and managing my workspace.

I’ve had good support from tarmac and it’s generally quite positive here, the management have proper objective based management style as a pose to micromanaging employees
