I am a loading shovel operator, operating heavy plant machinery, day to day duties include stock management and loading HGV’s. Daily checks and inspections of the machines and managing my workspace.

I receive enough support regarding my training but there is room for more

An ample amount of support, mentors are hands on

I’ve had good support from tarmac and it’s generally quite positive here, the management have proper objective based management style as a pose to micromanaging employees

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tarmac?

Communicate as much as possible and ask a lot of questions
