  • 100% - Great job, fully involving you in project and company lifestyle and work, relevant and exciting

  • very valued - incorporated into global and current projects, given responsibilities and thanks shown when jobs are completed

  • well structured, with structuring shown from beginning of role - not far enough into the programme to comment on actual rotations, as none have occurred for my year's intake

  • training handled on the job, within the role - support given, when relevant to your job

  • great support. leadership/support programme well established, with mentor/budy/manager system in place. always know who to got to for support

  • Salary fits outgoings well, no complaints. pay scales are well established, with annual bonus and health care included - dental available as a discount

  • site has many extra benefits, such as gym, sports clubs and choir, which does outside concerts and activities. organised nights out shared with employees in local area

  • Read through SOL's and keep relevant when answering questions Make the company aware of how technical of a role youd like, as the company has very science based roles, and product based roles
