I help with tasks that are finance related but also assist with tasks in logistics and purchasing. Wide range of tasks to broaden my understanding of how the company operates.
I have learnt a variety of skills, such as how to manage forecasts, how to create manual journal postings and how to communicate with different departments in order to collect important information.
I love it. It is the perfect way to ease yourself into working life whilst also gaining vital experience and skills. Everyone here is so supportive and welcoming, which has made it so easy to fit in and also always have someone to help.
Very well structured, regular touchpoints with my learning coach and my superiors to make sure I am on track.
Plenty, I do various tasks for different areas of the business, meaning I now know many people from different departments. I receive support from my superiors when needed every time.
Regular monthly calls to see if i am on track and they always answer any questions I have.
It broadens my understanding of the finance sector as a whole, which thus helps me understand why I am doing certain tasks in my job role, making them much easier to do.
Plenty of trips are planned and social events such as the Christmas Party. Lots of team building trips such as Hikes and Go Karting. Also a monthly football session!
