as a buying assistant i do most of the admin part of the job like uploading fit comments so suppliers can see, amending and submitting PO's on systems, handing over samples to be shot to go on site and give updates to my team from whoever we work with
Yes, lots as I've never done this job before!
Although it's so so busy, it's something I absolutely love and wish to sstay on after the apprenticeship is over
very organised !!
lots however it would be nice to have more 121 catch-up with my line manager just because I'm still very new! In terms of apprenticeship catch up they are monthly which allows us enough time to have something to feedback on
lots they are always on hand but aren't always good with their replies
I can transfer most of my learning to my role
there seemed to be at the start but I feel more recently its only for ASOS insiders
Yes
they are so supportive and welcoming and have never made me feel uncomfortable. They offer so much in return for the work its employees put in and they make work not feel like work and something to look forward to on a weekly and daily basis
be yourself!! ASOS love authenticity and are so accepting to everyone
