Providing customer service to members of the pension scheme such as answering questions, calculating benefits etc and relaying it to the member via email, letter or phone
I have developed my customer service skills and how to cope with many responsibilities in the workplace
It is reasonably well organised with alot of help being provided when needed.
I receive lots of support and am able to contact many different people not only at the same stage as me but also those more experienced.
At first I didn't receive as much as i would have liked but that was quickly fixed and in the second half i received all the help i needed
I feel like it gives me more of an understanding of pensions that I have not covered purely on the team.
Very little extra curricular activities
Yes
I think it is a good job that offers all the needed help in a nice workplace. I have always felt very welcomed and enjoy working at the company.
be enthusiastic and show an interest.
