This includes retirement illustrations and set ups, as well as contacting members and answering enquiries and ensuring they receive their monthly pensions through payroll runs. However, each day varies and is very dynamic and requires a positive attitude and the ability to adapt.
I have learnt time management skills and working towards deadlines at a good pace. I have also learnt to increase my communication skills, verbal and written.
