  • The experience allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to a real-world scenario, which was rewarding. I particularly appreciated the collaborative environment, where I could work closely with experienced professionals and learn from their expertise. The challenges I faced during the programme helped me develop critical problem-solving skills. Overall, the apprenticeship was a highly enriching experience that significantly enhanced my professional growth and passion for process improvement.

  • It was well organised and structured but more focus could have been on the end point assessment presentation and what had to be included for analyses presentation.
