  • Designing the project and completing the pre construction aspects of the project so there is no problems which occur during the construction stage and everything is set up ready for the contractors to start

  • the support and the different aspects of the business which there is to learn and the evolving construction industry allows me to learn something new every day

  • very well. 1 day a week at university and the aspect of learning something new everyday.

  • plenty of support from different people within the company. colleagues with different experiences help with university work as they have more of an understanding and help me to understand how a process is or how a system works.

  • the support is good from the training provider. They assist with assignments and provide suitable fewedback for us to improve on the next.

  • they teach us how a system works theoretically and the work aspect shows me how it works physically

  • it is a good business. it allows you to build your skills and knowledge. there is always something new to learn and plenty of support around you with very good people to work with.

  • punctuality. and ensure that you keep your head down and take any opportunity which is given to you.
