  • 9b. Why?
  • I found the role to be an invaluable learning experience. My daily tasks included assisting with site inspections, updating drawings, and supporting project planning. Internally, I interacted regularly with engineers and supervisors who provided guidance and constructive feedback. Externally, I communicated with contractors and suppliers as needed. Over time, my responsibilities expanded, and I began managing smaller tasks independently. I also contributed to real projects aimed at infrastructure improvement. The supportive environment and hands-on experience made me confident that this apprenticeship would be a great opportunity for someone else starting out in the field.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAM?
  • Show that you're proactive and willing to take on new challenges. Be prepared for a mix of both practical and theoretical tasks, so demonstrating your ability to balance hands-on work with problem-solving skills is key
