As with any large consultancy there are good and bad parts to the business. If you are willing to make the sacrifices and right choices then Mace can be a great place to work. However, you will have to use your own initiative to navigate the business to make an impact.
Make sure that your values and ambitions match that of Mace and communicate these effectively during your application.
