  • Developed IT skills, calculating final salary scheme benefits, formal writing, telephone manners.

  • has been challenging and stressful but I have learnt alot from this experience

  • The beginning and the end of the apprenticeship was not been organised and has had last minute assignments due. Also have not always provided enough time for these assignments to be completed.

  • BW have been helpful but have had up and down moments when we have had busy periods.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The Growth Company could have been better. Their organisation can improve and were sometimes not great at responding to inquiries regarding assignments.

  • Yes, the qualification has help me in my role with understand why I do certain calculations.

  • It is a very social workplace, always lots of events

  • Yes

  • I have personally found the apprenticeship quite stressful because of the organisation and time given for assignments and it is hard to balance apprentice work and day to day tasks. However it is a very social workplace and friendly people.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barnett Waddingham?
  • Make sure you are organisation right from the beginning to create routine and habits.
