Involved in multiple projects around Upcoming Technology and Colleague experience around Tech. This gave an insight to different departments within Tech.

I enjoy the flexibility and the exposure to a corporate environment. The hybrid working allows me to work in the office and at home. Furthermore, the projects have allowed me to travel and meet alot of new people, increasing my knowledge surrounding the IT world.
Quite well organised in terms of having a Mentor / Buddy / BPP Coach. In terms of Workload, this would be better if decided beforehand with set work.
Lots of support, from manager/team/colleagues.

Not specifically. - Role was not entirely related to the Qualification, but opportunities for other development always open.
Many Social events, Internally and with Investment2020 externally. Also some sports with internal teams. Many events externally such as conferences and Tech Events.
