Citroen Sales Support, Daily I have to go through and pay a range of claims and answer questions I could also be doing a range of different taks such as setting up meetings internally & externally and producing sales circulars

As well as my apprenticeship I have learnt a lot of skills through my job role. Mostly these are ICT skills and more about the citroen deals, such as conquest, loyality and employee discounts work.

I am loving my job so far. I get along great with my team who are all very easy to get along with and very helpful. It's lovely to come to work every day and enjoy what you do. I think so far everyone I've met through the company are also really friendly and its a nice environment to work in. It surpassed my expectations.

The company offers many opportunties to get involved in things which makes you feel valued. Examples are charity events such as the pudsy car wash. I feel like I have also been trusted with a wide range of tasks within my job which makes me feel valued.

I think our programme is organised very well. This is because the HR team are in touch often with updates and information we need to know. They are also friendly to approach and our assessor is great! He is very helpful with the work we do and he doesn't have the typical Student/Teacher relationship with us which makes us feel like we are respected as an equal by him.

I can ring them any time I want to and he is always happy to help. The HR team are also very happy to help.

It is the best salary for an apprentice in coventry that I know of so it is a fair wage for our job.

There are often things to get involved in such as my team often do a team night out. This is normally lazer quest that I havent done since I was in year 6 until joining here and it is a lot of fun.
