Sheet metal or plate work. I will fill out a risk assessment before each task and enjoy making the projects I am required to make.
Yes. I have learned better communication and team working skills while also improving my time management skills. I have also learned valuable job-related skills such as how to shape or cut metal to precision without damaging it too much and keeping it high quality.
I enjoy it very much, it is fun and exciting and is good for giving me new experiences.
