  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Balfour Beatty's apprenticeship programme has been fantastic for developing my networking skills and confidence in myself. They give us so many opportunities to learn and develop ourselves through so many courses. They spare no expense to try to ensure we take advantage of all the things they offer to us.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The main programme itself is well structured, with well thought out timescales that are carefully placed to support and develop during your programme. My main feedback would be as when I had finished my apprenticeship there is usually a process in place. However, myself I was left to my own devices outside of giving a presentation to say I'd finished. I believe there may be a more structured/streamlined process but because of my experience that is why I am giving it 8/10
