Balfour Beatty take ultimate pride and care in supporting young people and developing them. I have been so impressed by Balfour Beatty's early careers program, they constantly update you and group you with like minded people allowing for a smooth onboarding process allowing for us to feel comfortable when working.
I would say just do it. Its a brilliant company with so many opportunities. I came into Balfours with no experience of what I was going to be doing, but i was instantly flooded with information and warm shoulders to lean on which has really helped me see what the future brings for my apprenticeship.
