Workshop activities such as bench fitting, electrical wiring and mechanical maintenance. Classroom lessons including, maths, mechanical principles, plc's, robotics, electronic devices, electrical principles, CAD and health and safety.
All workshop lessons above have given me new skills and experiences that I did not previously have. Certain lessons including the electrical subject have given me more knowledge and experience. Maths and health and safety have allowed me to further my previous knowledge.
I enjoy the programme and the way that it has been set out. The mixture of classroom to practical lessons is good and means that I am able to do a variety of tasks throughout the week.
I feel valued by jaguar land rover.
The programme is well organised, however as it was the first year testing trailblazer there were a few parts that could have been organised better.
I receive all the support I need/ask for.
I receive all the support I need/ask for.
As I still live at home the salary I get is enough for me at the moment. If I were to move out it would be a struggle to cover costs.
There are opportunities outside of work but these could be advertised better.
