I work on the development of our applications. My days can range from a full day of development to meetings/workshops.
I have learnt many new skills including the ability to work with different frameworks and some existing skills such as communication and teamwork.
I really enjoy the programme as I gain a great amount of on the job experience and I get to do what I love.
I believe that the work/university balance is structured well as there is sufficient time given for me to work on both.
I receive a great amount of support from my employer, whether that be workshops or early careers programmes, helping me engage with those I wouldn't get chance to otherwise.
I receive a good amount of support from my provider however this support is sometimes slow.
I feel like I am able to gain greater detail on the different roles and areas of my organisation through what is taught in my workshops.
There are social activities that are available to all.
Yes
Balfour Beatty has been key to my success in my current position and I feel this goes for many others. There is always support when needed and everyone is nice.
Always ask questions when you are not sure.
