Hotel receptionist involves day to day running of my department and making sure that guests have the best journey on their stay as possible dealing with any issues that arise in calm professional manner.
To make sure that I have checked everything before I finish up and how to do so, within the expected guidelines
Not much at first, but once it was all settled and I had a permanent coach I really enjoyed my work and found that it came naturally
As previously mentioned at the start of there wasn’t a lot of structure, but once I got a permanent coach it really helped me with my work flow and for my out of a few binds
As much as they could give
Everything that I asked for and wanted to achieve was made possible
Allowed me to polish my knowledge and allow me to step in to the supervisor role even if it’s for the day
