I work in the Service Charge Teams and assist in preparing Year End Accounts
My attention to detail has massively improved, and having frequent calls with surveyors across the country has really helped to improve my communication skills
I feel as though I have a lot of support and can ask questions when needed without feeling hesitant
I get to apply the things I learn in my AAT in my daily role, such as applying the accruals concepts and ethical principles. Carrying this out in my daily role allows me to understand how to apply theory to practice
