I get more structure from my training provider but their organisation could definitely be improved. I'd say there is a need for the employer to have a more structured expectation on what they would like for apprentices especially considering having apprentices is a newer experience for my department.
They're not much support for the professional qualification everything else is fine.
Professional qualification isn't relevant to my role, work based assignments are naturally more relevant
