    • I get more structure from my training provider but their organisation could definitely be improved. I'd say there is a need for the employer to have a more structured expectation on what they would like for apprentices especially considering having apprentices is a newer experience for my department.

    • They're not much support for the professional qualification everything else is fine.

    • Professional qualification isn't relevant to my role, work based assignments are naturally more relevant

    • Various employee led networks More has been done end of 2024 to have apprentice events which is good to see as there wasn't anything in my first year
