As a Sales Assistant it is vital to always be polite and friendly when serving at the counter and to be attentive.
What I have learned is that there is more going on in the background that just what is shown on the surface.
I am currently struggling to enjoy the apprenticeship but that just might be because my mind isn't in its happy state at the moment.

I get as much support as I can get with my shift work, when I am at work.
I get great advise on where my work is going and if I need to make any changes, so far that hasn't happened yet.
Some of the things I'm learning I am already doing without thinking about as my manager trusts me to do the job right, and they know I will ask for help if there is a problem.
We support Macmillan Charity all year with some events doted throughout.

As long as the course is right for them, then I would encourage them to learn something new.
