On a day to day basics my team looks after the storage devices and clears any unused arrays or switches to make sure we are not running out of space.
I am constantly improving myself in many skills such as communication, professionalism, Jira, etc.
I enjoy it for the most part. My only dislike of it would be the excessive documentation for my coursework.
My programme is well organised and quite flexible. Which makes it easier for me to focus on work and coursework in their own time.
My manger is very helpful, he periodically checks on me enquiring if i need any help or support in anything. He is also good at letting me do my course work outside of my allotted times if I am running behind.
My trainer is very helpful, always providing me with addental resources that might help me. And moving around deadlines if it conflicts with work or personal things.
I have not finished my apprenticeship yet but so far I have been able to implement everything I have learned from my coursework into my work and it has helped me refine my skills and the efficacy of my work.
We have a number of networks such as the Multicultural network, the curling club, etc. We also have a Apprentice council which hosts social gatherings, for apprentices throughout the year which I recently became a council member of.

Its a great place to start your working journey! the collages are all very welcoming. Everyone helps out if you need anything. There is loads to get involved with other than just work. They are very accommodating within reason. And it is overall a great place to work.
it's okay to be nervous but its important to speak clearly and convey your points across. It can be had to ask questions about difficult topics buts okay to ask even if you think it's too early.
