I have learnt so many new skills & also increased knowledge & a deeper understating of old skills.
I love the program, it is so well delivered, and Lifetime are masters at the execration of the program.
Amazing structured, our MDC goes the extra mile in every aspect.
Full support from my direct line managers & above. Greene King are very keen to progress their staff & support, help & extra time is allocated in helping them achieve this.
So much help & support has been offered by the training provider in particular.
It makes me look at things in a different way, gives me more options to tackle any situation, it has also opened my eyes as to just how important the planning phase of any task is. The theories & tools I now have a better understanding of have massively help me be more effective in my work life.
Yes they are many- I don't get involved in many but I do know a lot of people who do.

Because I think they are a good company to work for, with the current climate being so volatile I feel that they are really trying to put the staff first.
