My Role is a junior PM role so involves with me sitting in on meetings off high importance and taking meetings notes and then after going through them finding any actions then chasing and tracking them. This also involves lots of RAID and risk management techniques
Yes- People management, prioritisations of tasks, excel
I really enjoy the current programme i am working on as i have been lucky to secure a position on a brand new project which is going through two types off transformations so it's really engaging and i get to see the start and end off a project
Since the day i started i have had on going knowledge transfer from team members until i was at the level to own tasks. Then once i got comfortable in my first role i was rotated in a new position in order to keep the new learning going
i Personally don't need anymore support than i am already getting but i know that if i needed anything it would be there for me
Not that much but it also isn't needed to me personally
I think that the course will become more relevant to my role once we split off in to our own pathways as i am the business side and i have to do technical side at uni which i find really challenging and not engaging whatsoever
Yes at work and uni i play for the football teams
Yes
I think it's a great place to kickstart your career in a big firm with lots off connections and opportunity's and i;'d like to work along side them
Be curious ask lots off questions and I'd say a big trait is to be quietly confident - you don't have to be the loudest voice in the room but once you talk make it meaningful
