I support stakeholders on a daily basis by answering ambiguous questions through data.
Yes. My job placement perfectly supported my apprenticeship. I got to learn from experienced team members and use different Applications and versions of SQL.
I work with a supportive team and got lucky with a very efficient assessor.
Definitely could be better. There was a lack of information about how long the apprenticeship would last/if we could finish early. This was miss communicated at the start and then something different re-laid 6 months in.
My team offer lots of support. I especially liked that I got 1 day a week to do my apprenticeship during work time and that I was pushed to make sure I took it. Natwest also offers lots of training options and benefits that support mental health which was also useful.
This was poor at the beginning when I did a boot camp. This however was a new process and had lots of teething issues. Once I was on the actual programme my assessor always answered quickly and gave lots of help when needed.
I would have naturally learnt most of the things covered in my apprenticeship through my role as I was put in the perfect team. There were only a few things I learnt on the apprenticeship that were new. The mete skills though were really helpful and made a big difference.
There were a good amount of activities and meet ups through the early career team.
Yes
It is a fantastic company to work for that genuinely cares about it's employees and gives you all the tools you need to succeed.
Don't be put off by not having a tech background. I was a nursery teacher before. When applying I talked about how my skills in communication and organisation of paperwork would be valuable and how it would relate to a tech industry.
