  • There isn't loads of structure but this has been improving over the years

  • There is lot of variation in the type of work, everyone is friendly and happy to help with any problems that you need. Even as an apprentice I am able to take a leading role in projects.

  • Be yourself and even mention your hobbies and how they can link to the job role
