Tendering as a BAU activity and I am beginning to take on projects to manage.
Management skills, and other skills such as communication, timekeeping, teamwork, etc. have all been developed.
I enjoy my programme very much, I am excited to work.
Very well organized with a lot of thought behind our placements in terms of the what we will be doing and who can support us.
As much support as I require, this is offered without asking and more help can be given whenever I may need this. This is from both peers and figures directly supporting my development.
Lots of support, they are very accommodating and any requests I have they will seek to meet.
It is very linked with more training offering alternate perspectives on project management and using these skills within projects to excel in my role. It works both ways.
Football for one that I am part of myself. There are many more but this is what I am involved with directly. I have also been on professional networking events.
