  • I enjoy my programme very much, I am excited to work.

  • Very well organized with a lot of thought behind our placements in terms of the what we will be doing and who can support us.

  • As much support as I require, this is offered without asking and more help can be given whenever I may need this. This is from both peers and figures directly supporting my development.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Lots of support, they are very accommodating and any requests I have they will seek to meet.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It is very linked with more training offering alternate perspectives on project management and using these skills within projects to excel in my role. It works both ways.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Football for one that I am part of myself. There are many more but this is what I am involved with directly. I have also been on professional networking events.

  • Be open minded, think about your development, research the company, learn its mission and philosophy and seek to develop yourself as much as possible if successful.
