Due to being the first intake of the programme there were a few organisational issues to begin with however these were dealbt with quickly and effectively. I was never left out of the loop. There is support avaiable within work for studying, your line manager and other team members are keen to know what you are working on at college.
6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
We have constant access to support at the college. We can use the library facilites whenver we need to as well as email our college tutor who is usually very quick to respond. I have enjoyed the ability to access resources as it has really helped in completing the final project.

HR are great and so are the early careers team in providing support. They are always availble on email and in person if we need to discuss anything. Everyone is willing to spare time to help you go through work.
