    • Very well structured. my placements are planned out for 3 years so I know where i will be going and what I will be doing.

    • The programme is very well supported by all my managers: line manager, discipline manager and placement managers.

    • I am on a good salary for my age. However, I own my own property so the monthly salary doesn't stretch very far once i have paid my bills.
