My roles day to day is to learn new skills and apply them to my work and learn fromt the other members in the team.

while on this apprenticeship i ave learned many new skills but i have also developed on many exsisting skills.

4. How valued do you feel by EDF Energy?

I feel valued because they help me when i ask fot it, also they do praise you when a job is completed well.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

10/10

The program is very well stuctured and develops my skills.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

10/10

As much as i want, they are not overbearing they will give you all the support needed but make you learn from mistakes too.

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

The salary is very generious in the first and second year but could be sligtly impoved on in the 3rd and 4th years.

Yes there are many other opportunities to get involved in such as charity work.

Yes

9b. Why? *

Becasue they look after there employees very well and will help you inside and outside of work if needed.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EDF Energy? *

Learn about EDF energys culture and what EDF stands for, get a understanding of all areas of EDF and how they intergrate together
