I’m a back of house member (chef) my day to day job is opening the kitchen, prepping for the day, cooking all meals, and cleaning as I go
I’ve learnt how to manage my time and productivity and developed on my cooking’s skills gaining more knowledge and understanding
I enjoy the programme a lot I struggle to keep up to date now and then due to personal issues but I am really enjoying the programme and would recommend to anyone looking to become a chef
Very easy to understand very organised and structed to be used easily
I receive a lot of support can ask a question if and when I have one and know I will receive adequate feedback or a response
I receive a lot of support during our calls, I’m able to ask anytime and have a response not long after I ask
I believe having the qualification is definitely a big help in pushing my confidence to stride more and progress further to push my limits and be better
Now and then there are times we all go for outings / get together
Yes
I’d recommend Greene king because im able to have fun while I work knowing I can come in next shift being able to crack on straight away with what needs to be done and enjoy every second of it
Don’t be afraid to ask questions or worry that no one will help, everyone I’ve seen is really friendly and willing to help if asked
